How do I qualify for free shipping?

TeaTimeBeauty.net offers FREE STANDARD 3 DAY SHIPPING on all merchandise orders $99 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $99, there is a delivery charge of $8.95 for Standard 3 Day shipping. Our standard shipping option is Standard 3 Day shipping.

Can I ship internationally?
At this current time we don’t ship internationally, but it will be available in the near future. Thank you for your interest!

I haven’t received my order yet, how can I check on the status?
If shipped by USPS go on their website and check the tracking or check on your order status through our website.

How can I find the status of my order?
You can find the status of a particular order and view your order history on the order status tracking page.

What is your return policy?
We will gladly replace any item that may have been damaged during shipping. Please note that due to the nature of our beauty products, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges. Once an order has been placed, packaged or shipped, we are unable to edit, exchange or return any items. In the event, you need to cancel your order, please contact customer service immediately and we will make every effort to cancel prior to shipment only.

I accidentally put the wrong shipping address and placed the order, how do I change it?
You can change your address under my account on our website. If your order has not yet shipped, we will gladly change it for you. Once an order has shipped, however, we cannot be responsible for errors in the shipping address. Please be sure to check your order carefully before placing.

I received my product and its damaged, how can I get it replaced?
If you received a damaged product, please contact us at within 30 days.

A product was missing out of my shipment, who do I contact?
If you are missing any products from your order, please contact us within 30 days. Missing items that are in stock will be reshipped if a refund has not already been issued.

Where can I buy your products?
Currently we only sell on our website or amazon.

Are your product all natural? Are they safe for sensitive skin?
All of our product are 100% natural and safe for all skin types.
